My name is Kelsey, I am a mom to two boys and the owner of RiverBay Soap Co.

I started making breast milk soaps and lotion to help with my son's eczema. I grew more and more interested in homemade products that were natural and gentle to accommodate my families needs. I loved making homemade natural products for my family and knowing exactly what was going into them. I stumbled upon a soap making video on youtube and was instantly hooked, I couldn't stop watching soap videos. I decided to take a cold processed soap making class to see if this was really something I was interested in, and I fell in love with the process of creating something of my own, from start to finish. Creating products free of chemicals, safe for the environment, and something i'd feel proud to use on my kids. What started out as being something fun to watch quickly turned into my passion. I then wanted to turn my passion into a business to bring carefully sourced ingredients through beautifully handcrafted soaps. We are proud of what goes into our soaps and will always publish our ingredients, we have nothing to hide. All our soaps are made in small batches and are uniquely different, no two soaps look alike.

Since this all started with making soap for my boys I knew I wanted them to be apart of the name somehow. River is my first son's middle name, while Bay is my second son's. This is how RiverBay Soap Co. was born.
